Once contacted Forbes quickly explained process by phone then sent email that detailed the requirements for the promptly arranged meeting with Rebecca Rushworth the Solicitor appointment to lead on the procedure. The meeting to start the Will was carried in a very friendly and professional manner. All the detailed legalities of the process were explained by Rebecca and any questions dealt with thoroughly. Within a short period the draft Will was posted to me inviting me to freely check it for anything that I may need clarification on. This I did and my queries back to Rebecca were promptly explained to my satisfaction ; plus any and minor changes to the will were implemented before appointment arranged to sign the finalised will. Even at the signing Rebecca took care to go through the will before the Will to make sure all was correct before the signing The overall experience was one of confidence in Rebecca's high legal knowledge in this field of law & Forbes's efficient team in carrying the procedure through to it's conclusion.

Ian Cranefield of Richard Nelson LLP was an excellent, professional, solicitor. Ian advised, helped and supported me through a 7 year legal battle that commenced in the Court of Protection, progressing to a High Court Claim and Mediation with a positive result. He kept me calm in difficult and depressing situations, with his expertise, knowledge and empathy. During this legal claim Probate and Administration of a will progressed with the assistance initially of Martin Cruddas, then Kerry Wiig (formerly of Richard Nelson LLP) then Scott Walker of Richard Nelson LLP who finalised administration. Ian Cranefield oversaw the progress through each change. I also thank all those that assisted on your telephones and accounts. I would fully recommend Richard Nelson LLP.

As a family, we have used Stephen for a number of years across various transactions in relation to our property. This is because we know Napthens are the best at what they and Stephen fits into that mould. He is highly experienced, diligent and explains complex situations in clear and concise manners. I have personally just finished working with Stephen on the renewal of a lease, which was more complex and long winded due to changes in trustees.
