Waste of time

One of the worst companies going please do yourself a favour and carry on looking because this company is not the one NOT ONLY THEY LACK COMMUNICATION WITH THERE COSTUMERS, ACTUALLY THEY DONT COMMUNICATE AT ALL in both of our cases they lack communication as well as knowledge every time we called in the so called receptionist meant to take note and get someone to call us back but im guessing someone fail to complete there job somewhere down the line after waiting for 4 years we finally got a letter from them saying sorry your case is to weak basically I mean why tell us we have massive case get us to wait for 4 year then send us this with little to no communication in between
