Unforeseen communication issue

This review is for a different branch.

Morris Legal (Solicitors) Ltd. and I had an agreement where it’s written that the solicitor’s commitment to me is to KEEP ME regularly informed of progress. Solicitor didn’t respect the agreement by failing to inform me of the original settlement offer. In my opinion that is a breach of contract.
