I used Charles Hill Hubbard to sell my house. My case was managed by Gillian (Partner) and Tina (Conveyancing Assistant), and the service I received was brilliant. Both were friendly, approachable, and quick to respond to communications. They were really good at keeping me informed of the next steps and making sure they had everything they needed from us in good time, and that we had everything we needed from them in return. I will definitely be using Gillian and the team again.

I was selling my father’s property acting on behalf on my father. I instructed Gillian Beach as acting LPA. I could not fault Gillian in her assistant Tina for their continued support. It wasn’t a straightforward sale as we were selling a house which had been rented to tenants & had issues evicting them.
I would definitely recommend Charles Hill Hubbard & would use them for any future business.

I was selling a probate property and purchasing a new home with some of the proceeds. I instructed Gillian Beach who I can’t fault. Both Gillian and her assistant Tina were very responsive and attentive answering at some points a few very basic questions. My first experience with using the firm and they were excellent

I have known of the firm for many years but until recently hadn't needed to use their services. The firm acted on behalf of my sister and me in selling my late-mothers property, and during the whole process, all members of the firm's staff were courteous, efficient and thorough. Having worked in the legal profession myself, I have very high standards, and I am pleased to say that Charles Hill Hubbard, and in particular Gillian Beach, more than matched my expectations, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic speed and service

Excellent service and speed from Gillian Beach and her assistant Tina. From the first phone call when I was finding a solicitor I instinctively knew Gillian was the one to go with as she was super professional and went through everything with me (it was my first house purchase). We were very pleased from start to the completion of our purchase and I would recommend Charles Hill Hubbard without reservation, I’ll be using them for everything now.
