The house was a difficult sale because of technical/legal problems with discrepancies between the actual property boundaries and that of the HM Land Registry.
Susanne guided me through the process of applying for Adverse Possession and first registry AVPFR1 of the land which resulted in being granted Possessory Title which lead to the house sale.
It was a lengthily process which Susanne and the team managed and advised.
