When your put in a situation you never expected to find yourself in, finding Bridie was an absolute blessing. Bridie has remained professional and personal to me throughout my whole 4/5 year ordeal. Her legal advise was always at the forefront of getting me the result I wanted (needed). All of my calls, emails and texts were always answered, acknowledged and replied to. Thank you Tim and Viviana for your support and professionalism over the last 6 months. From the day we appointed Tim and his team, the communication with us was outstanding, always at the end of the phone or email, more than often outside office hours, with a fantastic level of knowledge.
Tim and Viviana not only had our marker removed but also managed to get us compensation, which covered their costs and extra for the stress and anxiety caused. We could not recommend their service enough.

Kim Nihill is a fantastic solicitor, very supportive and brilliant at her job. From the start of my case Kim was my solicitor, she was always there for me at every stage. She works so hard and puts her clients needs first. I was informed by Kim of any changes or updates to my case straight away. She also supported me outside her working hours which was the best service I’ve ever received from a solicitor. She made sure I was looked after throughout the whole case which in total was around 2years from start to finish. I will recommend Kim Nihill to everyone I know who might need legal assistance. She’s a kind, hard worker and I’m so happy she was my solicitor. I couldn’t thank her enough for all the help and support I received from her. I had Viviana Silva as Kim’s paralegal working with me also. Viviana is amazing she goes above and beyond in her support for the client. I want to give Viviana an extra thanks because she was always there making sure I felt ok, was always making an extra effort to help me with any difficulty I had and also like Kim she was always there after work hours to reassure me and calm me down if I was having a meltdown moment of worry or panic. Both these women are amazing and definitely a credit to the firm. (Richard Lissack ). I would highly recommend this company. Great service received and I’m very happy to have a not guilty outcome also.

I was recommended Richardson Lissack by a leading city criminal barrister set late in my case. I just wish I employed them at the beginning of my case! After my experience with Bridie Kelley and Anthony Smith, I firmly agree with the above Chambers' assessment. Bridie and Anthony were pedantic, on top of the CPS from the get-go and forensic in their analysis! I cannot thank them enough for their significant effort in achieving the right and just outcome! Kim Nihill is an excellent solicitor

We were recommended the solicitor Kim Nihill of Richardson Lissack by a leading criminal barristers’ chambers. They said that she was “second to none” when it came to handling police investigations and providing defence. After our experience with Kim, we firmly agree with their assessment.
