Conveyancing

For the money paid we’d expect to be treated like their only customer!
We had to chase constantly for information already received to be told that such info had ‘just arrived’ when they repeat sent info we’d had 3 weeks previously. We were concerned whether they knew which property they were dealing with. Exchange was painful, basically done on their timetable to ‘prove a point’. (The chain was two transactions, us being the meat in the sandwich).
On completion we had to chase up documentation for our new property which had been archived!!!
Two stars given as the transaction did complete but not without a LOT of chivvying.
Certainly not value for money. You’re better using a conveyancing factory.

Never again

I actually paid more than enough so I think my comments should be heard,l. We lost the property we’ve been wanting for months despite having and complying with all their requirements. She was so slow and won’t think of ways to help us, instead troubled us and our whole family with asking for a lot of documents which we complied just to cooperate and fast track the process. All throughout our transactions, it seemed like we were the ones doing their job of chasing, calling, discussing and mailing people even-though we actually paid the service. Even said “I an not going to call the bank, sorry” where the bank specifically said it can only disclose info to the solicitors, I then said”well how are we gonna move forward then”. Took her a long time to process the checks and papers and no proper communication that the seller/builder actually sold the property to someone else. Still can’t forget how much stress this solicitor gave me and my family and still heartbroken that we lost our chance to live in our supposed home. Never again.

Legal business advice.
I have used the Eastbourne LLB branch on two occasions recently and a Mr Kingham advised me. I am very impressed by his timely and professional manner and will be using this company for future conveyance and business matters.

Great service

My partner and I were purchasing our first home, it was quite a difficult sale that faced many challenges. Nadine was excellent, she kept in regular contact with us, keeping us up to date through all stages of the sale and advised us accordingly. We were very happy with the service we received and the professionalism of all staff.

Leave you with 2 weeks to get a new solicitor before court

Terrible

Won’t reply to you questions and will only email when they want payment for work they haven’t done.

Will charge you for their mistakes.

They will pay the legal omibusman to not offer you anymore.

Please keep your money away from this company keep any eye on tik tok for the full exposure
