We have recently used Taylor Rose for both the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new one. We have been really impressed with the service provided. Michelle and the team have been fantastic throughout the process. They have been quick to reply to all enquiries and emails, they have taken time to answer any questions we had promptly, and they were very clear in all elements of communication.
The process of buying and selling can be very stressful and time consuming but the team at Taylor Rose have made both of our transactions as stress free as possible. We have been really impressed.

Used Taylor rose for my release of equity, Shabnaj mirza was my case handler which was very good from the start the online portal was very good and shabnaj always responded with the hour which was amazing. when you ring Taylor rose unlike other solicitors they very quick which is good. would recommend Taylor rose mw.

Vanessa Ryan, our conveyancer from Taylor Rose MW, was amazing and did a fantastic job of overseeing both the sale of our previous house and purchase of the new house. Vanessa made sure that the whole process was smooth as possible and dealt with our queries as soon as possible. She is also very friendly and helpful. The conveyance process can be nerve whacking, but Vanessa was there for us at every stage and helped to calm our nerves and dealt with any concerns. We felt that Vanessa went an extra mile for us which meant that we felt that we are an important client for Taylor Rose MW. Vanessa's biggest strength is her communication as she kept us in the loop at all times, so we knew what was going on.
Also, the whole online system is very easy to use and really speeds up Communication.

I recently had my will drawn up by Olivia Baker-Smith at Worthing. I had to make several changes as a result of ill health and Olivia was kindness itself. She was very efficient and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I was very pleased and comforted with the help and efficient and positive advice I was given.
