They completed on 2 sales for me.
First one gave a decent review in the hope they would deal with my second sale better as already 80% through the process ( not at all the case).
Closed over Christmas for 3 weeks there perogative I guess but obviously delays sales.
Too small for the volume they take on that’s why long delays.
1 phone line only open 9am -1pm Monday to Friday.
Waited in the queue 3-4 times only for the phone to go dead.
Answer phone message states all emails will be answered within 72 working hours 9 work days add 1 maybe 2 weekends in there that’s 11-13 calender days.
There good only when you can get there attention and they deem it to be your time on there terms.

Worst customer service ever. They don't care about their clients or getting things over the line. They ignore your emails when asking for an update. Hang up the phone on you. Absolutely avoid. Caused financial issues and stress to my partner and I. Have lost my sale due to their incompetence. Make excuses for why no update. All the good reviews are fake so please avoid . Formal complaint made and hope they get shut down.

After submitting the welcome pack there was a little delay with the process, however once past this stage the service provided was excellent. We would like to say a big thank you to Elite uk solicitors who looked after us throughout. Elite uk solicitors did everything within their power to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible and always kept us up to date either via phone or email, so thank you for this. We are extremally happy

I have nothing but praise for Elite UK Solicitors! My Solicitor Mr Yasar Ali was amazing from start to finish. He was extremely professional and is highly skilled at what he does. I have always felt well supported and felt that he had my best interests at heart. Thankyou so very much for all you have done. I will always be grateful for the work you and your colleagues have done.

if I could give you less than 1 star I would
A complete nightmare to work with. Zero communication, you can only ring between 9 am and 1 pm. We lost the first sale of our fathers house with the slow progress by them. We thought that the 2nd sale may go through a lot quicker seeing as they had done supposedly all the work already. It didnt and our buyer, estate agent and council official all said they were shocked by the complete lack of professional care given. I would never go any where near them again. Also having a gun put to my head when faced with there bill did not go down well with me. Never ever use them YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
