They were very good at first, they assured me I had a case and they were committed to fighting for what I was owed, things soon fell apart and they blamed all of the bad communication on covid and staffing levels, didn't most people in admin work from home? I had to call them for updates, they never contacted me. Its been 6 months since I've had any further information from them, so I've given up, it's really not worth the hassle

I have had to deal with Greenhead solicitors in Manchester since around feb 2021, to start with they were ok, as soon as they got their cut their service went really down hill, very slow at giving me my money they owe me, using the “t’s and c’s” that they make up as they go along, they claim they have not received important info that I sent them 3 times, am sure they will use the COVID issue as an excuse for poor service. No, I would not recommend them to anyone.
