I was able to reach him on the phone or by email without delays, the work was done swiftly without legal complication, and I felt confidence in his work. I totally trust Martin and have the utmost respect for his knowledge and skills as a solicitor in the area of buying and selling businesses. He worked closely with me, on a fixed fee basis, to help sell my document scanning business to a multi-billion dollar US company entering the UK market. I absolutely loved working through the process and having Martin as an advisor was extremely valuable and an absolute pleasure. When you travel a few hundred miles to some swish firms offices on the 20 something floor and are presented with tables full of documents and a team of lawyers on their side, it just helps to have your grounding-rod (Martin) with you making sure you’re topped with Costa and positivity – thank you Martin!”

I used Martin when selling my online business to an aggregator.
Overall it has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with Martin, he never responds to emails, calls or WhatsApp’s
You have more chance of winning the lottery than getting a response from him

He was quick to responds when he needed the business but once he got the payment, it was nothing but a nightmare

He was meant to assist me with any issues after completion but he has again been non responsive and I finally gave up on Martin and his firm

I would strongly advise to avoid this firm and Martin specially, as he does not value his clients and their time

Dear Mansoor Truelegal acted for you on your online business sale which completed in April 2021. in 2023, following completion, we have sought to assist you with an alleged breach of the sale contract by your aggregator buyer which at this stage remains unresolved. We will not name the buyer here, but note that you are not the only seller to this particular buyer who is alleging breach of contract by the buyer in their respective sale. We have communicated with you at no additional cost to you to assist with your dispute with the buyer. We note your disappointment at the level of communication and Martin has reached out to you privately today to seek to assist you further. We will not comment further in the public domain as we do not wish to prejudice your position in respect of the dispute with your buyer.

I cannot express enough how pleased we were with the service provided by True Legal. Extremely thorough, comprehensive and professional in all the work they conducted for us. Truelegal was recommended to us by a broker after our solicitor left us in the lurch mid way through a deal. Martin stepped in, picked up the reigns and eventually completed the sale of our London based business. He was a pleasure to deal with, kept us informed of how things were progressing and was decent enough to keep to the fee we agreed at the outset - even though there was a lot more work involved than originally expected and we are very grateful for that.

We would highly recommend Truelegal because they are knowledgeable in their field and it was easy to meet with Martin because although Exeter based he is often in London. Thank you, Martin.
