Emma was helpfully, understanding and professional in Registering my wife’s Enduring Power of Attorney quickly, for me to manage her financial affairs, due to her, sadly ill with advanced Vascular dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
Emma was also most helpful in providing me with an updated Will.

Both Jenny and Gaia were very helpful, understanding with prompt and precise responses to my often strange questions! I found the process extremely unnerving, lonely and often worrying that questions were sensibly and thoroughly answered by me !
I would add, I am not at all confident with the computer, not helped by my husband leaving no information regarding passwords, and utility companies we were using etc. I would always recommend taking a second pair of eyes and ears to keep one's confidence in check. I could not rely on this! Nevertheless, I am hoping all has gone according to plan.

We lost our father, my mum lost her husband. Emma helped steer us through the whole process of will, probate and setting up a trust.
