I was confident in your firm so decided so sell without an estate agent. The sale took way longer than I expected and it was sometimes difficult to see where it was snagging. I was impressed that when my main contact was away from her desk, that someone else would always step in and cover the work straight away. The price seemed very reasonable for the amount of two-ing and fro-ing.
