Sometimes we just need kindness shown when we are struggling with something that is new to us. Being widowed was new, and selling the home shared with my husband to move to smaller premises was hard. It was not easy but I felt supported by the conveyancing team during what was a prolonged house sale. The way both Tan and Hardeep handled everything was quite incredible. It was a huge hand holding exercise and they did this superbly, explaining in detail everything that I needed to know and understand. I always felt that they were 'on my side" a feeling so very badly needed... thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
