Highly recommend Chris Willows

Our experience using Chris Willows was exceptional.
After going through multiple complications with properties and other solicitors, Chris was recommended to us.
He was professional, prompt with replies and got the job done within 2 weeks.
He made time for a last minute meeting, visited the property an hour away the day after instruction and was easy to contact by phone - something we found more like an iron wall with other practices.
It was a breath of fresh air working with him and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
Thank you very much!

I can not recommend Malcolm Gregory enough

I recently found myself needing a settlement agreement to be reviewed and Malcolm Gregory was utterly amazing. From the first conversation I was reassured that Malcolm was not only an expert in his field but also that he would look after me. He went above an beyond making sure I was looked after with the agreement and offering kind words when the emotion of the situation got to me. In summary he made a difficult situation as positive as he could and I got the best deal for me.

Release of late relatives will

Extremely disappointed with the experience from RWK Goodman.
From the moment myself and the other executor entered the room, followed by the solicitor. We could tell she had better things to do. There was no compassion, no sorry for your loss. We did ask a few questions however. Although I am very aware that this comes at a price, seeing as I have never been an exexutor, was more than happy to pay for a service.
But the solicitor in question made us feel like idiots when queries were posed. No constructive language was used and everything we said seemed to just be shut down. They were more than happy to discuss prices and nothing else.
My main point is a little compassion would go a long way.
Knowing the will in question had been written and adjusted over several years, I am aware that all of this was done at a price. Quite rightly, however, this was not even considered when handing the will over.
It doesn't matter who you are, how much money is in your account. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and a little diginity. Especially those grieving for close loved ones.

Excellent clear advise

Since becoming Head of HR at Orano almost 5 years ago I started using Malcolm Gregory as the company solicitor as I had been impressed with the service he provided when I was at my previous company. In the time he has been helping us with employment law matters he has always been readily available and has provided excellent, clear and concise advise.

Excellent and prompt attention to issues

At a time of a health crisis RWC responded promptly and efficiently to my request for an urgent meeting to draw up my will. Subsequently they dealt effectively with an enquiry concerning boundaries to my property despite it being at the height of the pandemic and requiring access to the deed of the property.

I was involved in a road traffic accident and RWK Goodman were recommended to me. Louise Hart was very efficient and helpful throughout the process. I believe Louise’s diligence and experience resulted in the best outcome possible. More than the legal services I am grateful for the comprehensive rehabilitation services that Louise arranged for me, these made a real difference to my recovery. I would recommend Louise without hesitation.

Best solicitor I've ever dealt with. Remia Jacobs from RWK Goodman (Swindon) was incredibly helpful, and responded to all queries in a timely fashion, and was happy to provide her personal mobile to ensure she was fully contactable.

If I could give Remia 6 stars I would!

I work at RWK Goodman in the Bath office but engaged Kayleigh Shillingford and Siobhan Anslow in the Swindon office to deal with the sale of my house. They dealt with the transaction in a professional manner; effectively and efficiently from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were really responsive, replying to emails the same day. The sale was completed quickly, with minimal effort and input required from me. They made the process stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend them to deal with conveyancing.
