Insurance claim

This review is for a different branch.

A big NO using this solicitors..
They were handling my work accident claim which the employer had agreed to accept an insurance claim which could have been many of thousands of pounds. They constantly sent all correspondence to the wrong address. Eventually they had to send a person to the address only to find out the mistake, by this time the time period had lapsed leaving me unable to make a claim for the injuries i still suffer with.
They apologised and offered me a £100 as a sorry for messing up.
STAY WELL CLEAR!
