Excellent - sale and purchase of property

Amy Mills and Julie Roberts worked together to efficiently complete the sale of one property and purchase of another within a tight timescale. They were diligent in keeping us up to date and explaining issues in a straightforward easily understandable manner.

We were very happy with the service we received from Aoife, she was both professional and knowledgeable and ensured that we had a satisfactory outcome for dealing with the tenants in our rental property.

Good honest firm.

I had cause to need solicitor assistance on 2 matters and both were handled diligently, all costs where clearly explained, processes mapped out and I was consulted at all stages.
All in all good clear communication and both with positive outcomes.

Power of Attorney

This firm charged £800 for both Financial and Welfare POA’s. We paid this money, the documents didn’t arrive. Their attitude was truly appalling ‘we can’t be responsible for the post’ was the rude response. No support for our dilemma. Had we not been grieving for my father we would have taken them to the small claims court. This was not resolved, this company did not take ownership or accept responsibility.
