5 Star Service- Great team- Very Supportive and Proactive
Scullion Law is a fantastic law firm who have helped me greatly through the purchase of my first home. I have had involvement with several members of the team who have helped me to submit bids/notice of interest as well as finalising paperwork on my ideal property. The whole process was smooth and efficient and as a first-time buyer I felt I was very well supported. All information and correspondence was sent in a timely manner, and everyone was helpful in answering any questions I had. As I was not always able to answer the phone due to the nature of my job, Scullion Law staff were great in keeping me up to date by email and or arranging calls around times I was more likely to be available. I would like to give a special thanks to Nick Harbison who was the solicitor who helped me through my purchase. He has been really professional, and I appreciate all the help and time he has given. I would also like to thank Stacey Hamilton and Stuart Gilmour who helped me through the bidding process as well as informing me of what documentation was required throughout. I would also like to thank Judith Higson who called me to offer free family law advice and who also offered clarification when I had some questions about documentation that was required to be completed. I appreciated the time she took out to call me and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Scullion Law is a 5-star service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking legal assistance and who are buying a property. First Time Buyer (Glasgow flat)
My experience went rather smooth, I can briefly summarise into 2 parts.
* Bidding process with Stacey - this was straight forward as I decided to put in a bid, Stacey formalised the offer and I've received feedback immediately on closing.
* Conveyancing with Nick - I'll call this the 'lengthy bit', average conveyancing time is about 8-12 weeks. Nick had established all important points from the start and left no stones unturned(quite meticulous). This resulted in remarkable turnaround & left me plenty of time for completion.
Overall the team at Scullion Law made the process a lot simpler than I had first thought. I did not need face to face interaction as everything is or can be done via email/phone (covid protocols). For first timer buyers, I suggest to read client journey guide as its well documented.

Sale and purchase conveyance
Nick Harbison, Stacey Hamilton and all their colleagues at Scullion Law worked extremely hard and efficiently to ensure our move went smoothly.
Information was clear and instructions always easy to follow. Neither were we bombarded with unnecessary communications.

First home buy
My solicitor and their coworker were both a great help to me. It was my first time purchasing a property and it’s with their help that everything was handled as well as it was. Incredibly professional and very helpful. Communication was very prompt and my solicitor dealt all the issues we ran into very well. I would definitely recommend them.

First Class Conveyancing

Brilliant service for first-time buyer
Gemma Miller and the team at Scullion were a brilliant help for a first-time buyer. No hassle, no problems and everything was clearly laid out as to how the process would go. It took away a lot of fear and anxiety I had and was a very smooth process. Had been given the Scullion name on a recommendation and I'll do the same for others. Very impressive and felt secure with Gemma, Stacey and the team handling my case.

Absolutely brilliant service, would use again!
