Dally and Jasmyn have provided an excellent legal service for 2 properties, one being a auction property that we brought and now the selling of a flat. There was some difficulties with buyers dropping out, however both Dally and Jasmyn have remained patient and professional thought-out the duration. I would say that they are both well informed and have made the process easy, replying promptly and answering any queries i have asked. Would highly recommend.

Londinium Tower Sale
The legal system in the UK is unnecessarily complex and voluminous. This means that the process takes an inordinate amount of time. For a party like me who is not British, old and who lives a long way away from England, the unfamiliar system is extremely complicated and frustrating. Dare I say, almost impossible to navigate. Fortunately, your team of highly skilled and caring professionals made the transaction possible for me. Quite simply, without Dally, Jasmyn and their team; I would have been hopelessly lost.

Sale and purchase
Jasmyn and her assistant Dally were amazing throughout the sale of my flat and purchase of my house. We had to deal with a buyer who pulled out immediately before exchange, a new buyer with solicitors who repeatedly asked the same questions and a management company very slow to provide us with responses. Jasmyn and Dally were proactive and responsive and did great considering the long and drawn out process that was outside of their control

Excellent work!
It was great to work with Jasmyn and the Leadenhall law group while purchasing my apartment. They were proactive in communicating the status of the transaction and also brought up questions that could be an issue in the future.
