As a first time buyer I was dependent on the estate agent and mortgage broker to provide guidance / recommendations on selecting a Law firm to represent us. A friend recently had a really bad experience purchasing his property which he said took over 6 months to complete and the delay was in large part due to the lack of communication by his solicitor - response times were several days and sometimes weeks. So his only advice to me was to make sure I find a "good one" but he offered no clues on how I could do that unfortunately. So, on the advice of my mortgage adviser, I ended up looking and almost picking one through an online comparison site based on price and reviews but somehow I have always preferred and felt more comfortable with word-of-mouth recommendations even if it meant paying a bit more. I had been recommended 2 Law firms by the estate agent (both of whom had contacted me with details of their fees, etc). Could I trust them or any one they recommended!? Anyhow, I decided it was still a recommendation and so the risk would be less than with an online firm. So I decide to appoint Leadenhall Law Group and emailed them the instruction letter. Literally 10 minutes later I received an introduction call from Johnny Sherrington. By the end of that conversation I was sure I had made the right decision. Johnny (and Georgia, whom I was in direct contact with only a few times but I'm sure was working very hard in the background) has been excellent every step of the way. Communication was top class! I know that I now know someone whom I can confidently recommend to my family and friends for any of their conveyancing needs! Great Service
Very professional, great communication, Very responsive. Kept me up to date with everything that was happening. If there were any hiccups through the process Johnny gave me a call to explain and solve it. Along with Johnny, Georgia has also been great, she passed on my messages to Johnny for contact. They were both great on chasing up with the sellers Solicitor to keep it all rolling. I would highly recommend.

Amazing service
