Road traffic charges

5

I contacted Stephanie after being charged with careless driving with 2 other charges added on. From the start she was very reassuring, explained the process in detail and presented my options. I opted to try for a plea deal as 1 of the charges would have a significant impact on my career. Stephanie was able to strike a deal with the crown to have 2 of the charges removed and I pled guilty to the careless driving. She was also able to mitigate the lowest penalty points/ fine imposed. I am very pleased with this outcome and glad I chose Stephanie to represent me. I highly recommend her to anyone facing road traffic charges.

Stephanie is what one expects of a solicitor and which one sadly does not always find. She is calm, thorough and absolutely determined to succeed. All of these attributes produce first class results for clients. I am a solicitor myself and I refer people to Stephanie. I have over 10,000 to chose from and she is my choice in Scotland.

I was given 6x speeding fines on the average speed cameras on the A9.
After swapping from a small works van to a big van, meaning the limit changed from 70mph to 60mph for that classification of van.
I was looking at a total of 27 points due to totting up points on the A9. 18 points from all combined fines on top of 9 points already accumulated from previous fines and around £800 in fines.

My lawyer kept me well informed and updated throughout the full process. Ensuring she done everything she could to minimise the punishment as much as possible.

Working well to provide relative information for my case my lawyer managed to reduce the totting up points from 27points down to 18points & £380 fine.
Although this outcome resulted in a ban for 6 months, due to the fact I had 9 previous points there was no better outcome. I would be fully confident that had I not already had 9 points on my record she would have been able to appeal hardship for my case to continue to drive on a condition.

I would recommend Stephane Greve to anyone who finds themself in a similar situation.
