My name is Elizabeth Hall. I am Dr E Hall. Not maybe usual client. My solicitor Darryl Foster from Hine’s was a total disaster and he should be removed by Lae Society. I first engaged Mr Foster early 2020. Immediately concerns arose. Prior court appearance he had failed to even speak with me or learn how to plead. He failed to assist my disability and in wheel chair giving false information. In the event the court and my colleagues provided information which was that court provided wheelchair and special access. This continued and he was sacked for inertia. Re instated when was the arrested charge harassment. Another 5 k was requested and paid. Three months later have not spoke to MR Foster and multiple errors. Severed contact. He was dismissed. Even police suggested need to change solicitor. Avoid this company please.

I had Marjorie Jackson represent me at Bath magistrates court.
She was friendly and kept me up to date with proceedings.
She had little to work with and the courts kept springing things on her which she worked to her advantage somehow and the outcome was satisfactory. I would use them again.

Hine Solicitors I had to remove from my case for the following reasons
1. Refusing to request fraudulent cctv footage from the Police and have it forensically examined
2 Refusal to follow my instructions and preventing me petitioning the magistrate
3 Withholding evidence submitted by the crown prosecution service
4 Lying about the date charges were filed
I dealt with David Anderson and Paris Reynolds and had to file a form with the court to have this compromised firm removed from my case after the magistrate and the David Anderson ignored my request to have them removed, Still to date they refuse to pass me my case file and the evidence against me that the magistrate refused to allow me to see. A thoroughly treacherous firm

I contacted hine solicitors as I had a court hearing coming up , the only solicitors to really try and help me get legal aid which was accepted , the communication I cannot fault at all! I had 2 hearings with 2 different solicitors from another Solictor I first had communication with , but all 3 kept each other updated on everything and each one knew the ins and outs of my case , without me having to go over anything. I myself , my partner , the Solictor , the legal team for the judges , the prosecution team was all well most seemed shocked my case had been won , it was down to special circumstances but a lot of it lies with the solicitors and I cannot say thank you enough , if ever and I hope not for my sake I was ever in trouble I would only use this solicitors , thank you again

I'd rather hire a vegetable, firstly my solicitor kept flirting with the police man, quite shameless, she didn't seem to know what was happening.
Gets to court and they didn't defend me at all, they seemed scared and it was quite clear I would have better off representing myself. Useless

I follow this up as ‘Philip jones’. I used this firm and they were absolutely dreadful. I tried my best to move my files to a better solicitor and they lied to prevent this from happening. Seems it’s a simple procedure where you contact the new solicitor, fill in a form and they do all the work for you.
Absolutely dreadful solicitors. Unhelpful. I have all email evidence. Can’t get a hold of solicitor you need and no phone calls returned. Simply a firm that treats you as a number for their own pay packet.
God help you if you use this firm
