Financial settlement
I would like to praise and thank Nighat and Priya. Nighat who helped me to see my situation for what it was, she was caring, compassionate, never put pressure on me for anything and accommodated my financial needs.
Priya ,who was my case worker, was excellent in her roll. She always knew what steps to take next, and a true professional. She gave me step by step updates and always responded to my phone calls and emails. And most importantly secured me a great out come. I would highly recommended them to all.

Advice on family and child contact matters
I talked to a number of solicitors during the past three months but I would like to thank Naz for her advice, support and more so the time she took out of her busy day to help me during this tough period even though I was not yet her client at the time. Particularly the reassuring and sympathetic words she gave me when I was very anxious was very heartwarming and I really appreciate it. Her advice really helped clarify my situation and I 100% recommend her legal services for any family and children matter.

Poor service and lots of empty promises

Constantly harrasing me for money even though I never missed a payment. Were extremely difficult to negotiate with.
The owner would on occasions message me an eid greeting followed by when are you going to send me the money.
Considering I always made my payments before the hearing dates I found her conduct to be very distasteful

I was provided with some good initial advice as well as during the hearing itself; however made a lot of promises in terms of the support provided after the court hearing, but unfortunately proved to be empty words. Also was charged full price despite the Final Hearing being rescheduled.
