Sam is a senior conveyancing fee earner based in our Liverpool branch. Sam has spent her entire working career working in conveyancing, initially as a secretary in London. Sam moved back to Liverpool in 2001 and since that date has been working as a conveyancing fee earner in the local area save for a brief period of time when she worked for a firm in Derbyshire. Sam has previously worked at Goodmans for 14 years and more recently Maxwell Hodge and DC Law in Southport. Sam is a welcome edition to our award winning conveyancing department. In her spare time Sam likes pending time with her friends and family and her 2 cats.

Simple and straightforward process
Although we never met, this team are very professional and keep things simple. From day one it was possible to review the process of the sale of Mum’s property.

Some complications but easily and well dealt with
