For a busy department they always manage to return calls and emails and keep me updated which is very important to me…

I’m not the easiest client and I’m sure she tires of my constant queries but I’m always made to feel like nothing is too much trouble and my file is being taken care of

Outstanding service
Came to Pepperells to make a Will. Was dealt with by Emma Speckman. The advice and service offered was outstanding. A highly efficient young woman who took us through all the processes well.

Efficient, friendly and reliable service

Smoothe and efficient
Emma walked us through the will making process answering questions as we went. The drafts sent out by email and our pre arranged will signing appointment met.
