Buying first home
Rachel was a brilliant solicitor to work with. She was very clear with instructions and kept me in the loop with updates. house sale
Rachael made the whole experience stress free. Very prompt always got back to me super fast including when I messaged not realising it was Sunday and had a fast response on her day off. Local expertise and a Great Customer Experience
Great help and support from Rachael McLean, Claire Manning and all the support team at BLJ Maghull.
This office location was ideal in Maghull Central Square ( good car parking available) and it was never too much trouble for the team if you needed to go in, sort any queries there and then , all without a formal appointment.
On one visit Rachael kindly took time out from what she was already doing in what is undoubtedly a busy schedule (unannounced) to go through some details in a private room to ensure matters were fully explained and proceeded swiftly. Great Customer Service over and above what you would expect.
Clear communication throughout - highly recommend using the Maghull office in particular. Thank You.
