From our introduction meeting where we talked though all our plans and wishes all the way to the end Kate was extremely informative, from translating all the legal jargon into plain English to explaining all the clauses which go to make up the will. In between face to face meetings Kate set up teams calls so that we could discuss everything as the documents were put together and any amendments made.
