Sale of property as trustees.
As trustees working on behalf of a gentleman with Aspergers Syndrome in relation to the sale of his house, we took the advice of the estate agents and appointed Brown Turner Ross as our solicitors for the sale. Neither of us had been involved in the sale of a property for many years, and never as trustees or where a property was to be sold via auction as opposed to a “normal” sale. We had a whole host of questions, and went to a meeting with Amy at the Southport office. To our surprise, Amy answered the vast majority of our questions before we even had a chance to ask them, and covered some things we hadn’t even thought of. She was so well prepared and professional, explaining things in layman’s terms. Consequently, we came away from the meeting with any misgivings we may have had about the procedure firmly laid to rest. So, thank you very much Amy.
