A superb experience, in very trying times (pandemic; stamp duty window/deadline) for clients and lawyers. Claire Beckett remained calm and professional all the way through, and was supported well by her team, including Katie and Melissa. I am a former commercial property partner in a large City firm, so I can see all sides of it. Three tips for clients: (1) Get organised with information that the lawyer needs ; (2) Respond promptly when the lawyer needs instructions; (3) Ration your chasing to when it is essential, especially for phoning. Doing otherwise is counter-productive.
