Faye took my claim on part way through and has been fantastic throughout, great communication and always answers my emails regardless how small of a question and it's always in a timely and promptly manner. I would highly recommend Faye and Easthams solicitors, as Faye delivered the best news the today that my claim got settled, which means I can move on and put it behind me but I would use Faye again if I ever got into accident again.

From unfortunately going through an accident at work and being nervous in claiming against them, I've had no issues what to so ever when contacting Faye. No questions were too big nor too small, always felt listened too. Everything was dealt with in a timely manor too as we were in frequent contact with each other which helped my anxiety through the accident and we got the best outcome as we worked together very well because of how Faye kept me informed every step of the way and detailing every little thing with the claim through to what happened, how it happened and the very end which is the offers.
