We used Meaby and Co for the sale of our property and the subsequent purchase of our new property, with Rachael acting as our solicitor. We encountered a number of stumbling blocks during the process of both the sale and purchase (all of which were out of Rachael's control)but she remained thoroughly professional and informative throughout ensuring the experience remained as efficient and stress free for my partner and I. Rachael's communication during the whole process was exemplary, keeping us updated on proceedings regularly. Rachael's legal knowledge and know how was clearly very strong as she was able to oversee our lease extension application in a timely manner, despite a neighbour initially warning us that their application had taken nearly a year to complete. One issue we faced was our initial purchase falling through due to the seller having a change of heart, this created a large stress for us as we were close to exchanging on our sale. Again though, Rachael was faultless, showing real compassion when informing us of the breakdown in Purchase and being as supportive as she could in providing options for us to continue with the sale while restarting our property search. Rachael was also able to expertly manage the buyer of our property and their solicitors, in order to give us enough time to make living arrangements for ourselves without the risk of losing out on our sale. In summary, we couldn't recommend Rachael highly enough for the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use Rachael for future Sales/Purchases.
