Absolutely no complaints with the service I got from Natasha from their Blaby office. She was prompt and polite and were they still local to me I would be using them again. At no point did I feel obligated to chase for details. When there were difficulties communication was clear and prompt and all was resolved without drama. My transaction (a typical freehold purchase, I would say) completed in less than 5 months and I don't think that was unreasonable. Really good, a Natasha is a credit to the firm.
