We had a very good experience with Josiah Hincks and our conveyancer Trisha. Though we were very anxious about buying our first home and of course there were many frustrations along the way, Trisha was able to keep us updated throughout the process and regularly chase our vendors solicitors. Would definitely recommend Josiah Hincks if you are looking for conveyancy services.

Josiah Hincks has been our family solicitors for many years, for wills, conveyancing and probate. This time it was to redo a will which Georgii Goodenough arranged for my brother in law. She was responsive to his requests and advised on the different gifts and trust provisions he wanted to leave. Her professional yet friendly approach is a credit to the firm. We highly commend Georgii and Josiah Hincks for your legal needs, which they now can do remotely with Teams meetings & online ID checks.

We used Josiah Hincks instructing Trisha Palmer in the sale and purchase of our home. It was not an easy transaction as our chain collapsed twice and we needed to make multiple changes along the way, including changing the house we were purchasing!
