Amazing service!
My situation was not the simplest yet TP (don't know if I can use names) was incredibly attentive and efficient.
She understood my needs and looked out for pitfalls all the way.
If you require a great solicitor I would definitely recommend TP of Josiah Hincks.
So much so now that I am moving I am using her again.

Personally not impressed. Purchased a house originally and sale fell through, had to pay extra money to close the case and another deposit for a another purchase. The purchase was smooth overall however near the end, i was asked for extra payments 3 different times and miscalculations that were made to my file.

I found Josiah Hincks based on a recommendation from the estate agent and based on the level of service, cost and great reputation it was a fantastic recommendation and I would recommend Josiah Hincks to everyone! Lucie Clayson helped me in my case of the sale and completion of my late mothers house. She was thorough, patient, helpful and kept the process rolling as much as she could. As this was my first time using a solicitor and selling a house, I really appreciated how easy this process was made by Lucie and Josiah Hincks.
