Excellent service for conveyancing

Josiah Hincks carried out the conveyancing for me for the sale of a property. Their service was excellent, especially useful was being able to phone Laurie to clarify matters. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Safe

Going through any legal process can be incredibly stressful—especially when you’re in a position where you have to defend yourself and know you’re in the right. In my experience, many solicitors seem to pick up on that stress and anxiety and unfortunately use it to their advantage.

But Josiah Hincks was different. From the beginning, they made me feel safe and reassured. I genuinely felt that they had my best interests at heart, and I never once felt taken advantage of. In fact, they were transparent throughout and even returned unused funds—something I’ve never experienced before.

Both Callum and Andrew were incredibly professional, supportive, and kind throughout my case. Their calm, confident approach made a difficult situation so much more manageable.

I highly recommend Josiah Hincks Solicitors to anyone needing legal support. They truly stand out for their integrity and care.

We recently moved home using Jess Jones at Josiah Hincks conveyancing section on recommendation and we were not disappointed. The sale of our old and new property went through smoothly, great service with good communication throughout. Any queries/questions were only a call away. Everyone says moving home is a very stressful time but personally ours went so smoothly that we felt we really dodged the stress thank goodness. Thank you for your professionalism and great service Jess. We would definitely recommend. Garry & Tina

So happy to have received a really professional, friendly and informative property sale service. Jessica has been really supportive and helpful in a protracted sale, ensuring that there was never any delay from our side and that we fully understood everything that was happening.
I cannot recommend Jessica Jones and Josiah Hincks highly enough. It is so refreshing to find professionals who are truly professional.

Excellent service - friendly and extremely understanding in providing assistance in an extremely difficult situation which arose in my life. Unfortunately I trusted a Man, mechanic locally in Ratby when he reached out to me, assured me of his genuine care, concern and interest and 100% commital to helping me, my son and my daughter as he has affection for all of us. He reached out on 14th February 2021 Sunday morning St Valentine's Day - couldn't have been more appealing, more loving, more caring and more genuine in his proposal towards me! I trod carefully and tested the waters first before committing myself to him. He even went as far as stating that he did not know whether or not he fitted the bill BUT he had been watching me for over 10 years whilst attending meetings and knew that I was the one for him. He assured me he would NEVER EVER leave me, nor EVER hurt me! He made USE of my service booking details to make contact with me via Whatsapp. He assured me he had no interest whatsoever in his wife and was never ever actually in love with her. He married her at a very early age as belonging to a Christian group it was the norm in years gone by to find a community member and get married to them. In this case she smiled at him so he says and won him over. As his friends were getting married he decided he better too. No love no affection nothing in common but he married her. Living in a loveless marriage he looked for a life elsewhere. Unfortunately the way he made USE of me for his own personal selfish gain has left me suffering emotionally abused and alone as husband is no longer living in the family home. A struggle daily to keep going - slapped in the face by a member of a Christian group - has really taken its toll on me. Struggling on I have had him lie to a solicitor in Leicester about me to threaten me with court action. I was told by the elders that if I removed reviews which I had written online regarding the service his company gave by making USE of South African females service booking details I would be paid £10,000.00. I questioned the amount as for all the suffering he has caused myself and my extended family the amount should surely be more as also he made USE of my service booking details which NO Director should ever do for his own personal use to fulfil his passion! But after having removed reviews sadly no payment has been seen. Hush money to keep me quiet! Actually disgusting to think that this is how a serious matter amongst a Christian community group was going to be dealt with. I would have to remove reviews and sign a document drafted by him and his solicitor basically to HUSH me up. He had whatsapped pictures and videos of himself to me too and reuqested me to do the same as he needed to see pics and videos to keep him going through the day! Absolutely fine if a Man keeps his word, speaks the truth and doesn't actually lead a poor, vulnerable female down the driveway of his estate in Ratby to UTTERLY RUIN me and my household as he clearly had NO intentions of doing anything he said! Why would a member of a Christian group LIE to a female, make USE of her and then leave her to suffer ALONE! Excruciating to think a millionaire playboy mechanic would do this to a poor female - disgusting behaviour to LIE, be DECEITFUL and totally UNTRUTHFUL.

Josiah Hinks have been reached out to, to provide advice in my life in a very difficult situation. Found them to be extremely helpful, understanding, considerate and caring in difficult situations. Honesty is the best policy and they listen to every detail without making any judgement whatsoever.

Highly recommend.
