Gobindra was fantastic dealing with both the sale & onward purchase. Not only was he timely and accurate, he was also readily available for queries. Gobindra kept us fully up to date with progress, gave advice in areas unfamiliar with us, and worked relentlessly when things became more complex. 10/10 service.

An easy process.
After finally getting around to make our wills my wife and I decided to choose Josiah Hinks ( we used them when we purchased our house), again. We both were made very welcome by members of staff and in turn helped us with the process.

Gobindra was fantastic - he dealt with our help to buy redemption very quickly and efficiently whilst also ensuring all due diligence was completed. When he needed to contact us to confirm or discuss information, he was prompt at getting in touch, to ensure the redemption was completed within our requested timeframe. Gobindra was open and honest throughout the process, from discussing initial fees (which were very competitive compared to others in the local area), through to the redemption of the loan. Overall a unhappy experience using Josiah Hincks. I have written a complaint letter but as with everything solicitors also cover over each other . I changed solicitor which is the best thing I did during this difficult time.
I cant recommend using them.

I turned to this firm of solicitors, when I had an urgent and short time constraint matter to deal with. I found them very friendly, approachable and most of all very professional and knowledgeable.
