Very professional, efficient and friendly service

HM Land Registry First Registration.
Excellent conveyancing work for a difficult, retrospective first registration with HM Land Registry. My solicitor (Laurie McAulay) was always very approachable, friendly, timely with her responses, efficient and thoroughly professional throughout. I particularly like having direct 'phone and e-mail contact which gives a more personable experience. I will definitely be using Josiah Hincks again when the need arises ... and particularly Laurie McAulay for any conveyancing requirements.

House sale /purchase
Worked with Laurie before’ always on the boil and keeps you updated regularly.
I always found her easy to reach ( unlike most solicitors ) . Would highly recommend when selling or purchasing a property.

Conveyor
Amazing service from Laurie from start to finish of selling my house. Always answered any queries and was on the other end of the phone. I actually felt like I had paid for a private conveyor!

Exceptional service
Laurie handled our house sale and move and was most helpful dealing with our jitters on a first move in 54 years!! We found her very helpful and reassuring when we weren't sure which document to fill in next!
Laurie was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for her to reassure us at all times.
We would definitely recommend Josiah Hincks, in fact we already have.
