Professional, efficient, friendly service.

Anluan Hennigan advised us about and dealt with the remaking of our wills and the registration of our Lasting Powers of Attorney. He has obvious expertise and is reassuringly friendly.
All was clearly explained. Any questions, including emails, were answered speedily. He showed persistence when dealing with the Office of the Public Guardian on our behalf.
We feel safe and secure with Josiah Hincks.

First Class Service

The legal assistance we recently needed was delivered professionally but in a friendly and caring manner. Nothing was too much trouble. At all times we were kept fully informed, by our solicitor, of the progress of the work. We are always very satisfied with the whole process when we have to engage Josiah Hincks to represent us, and, without hesitation, recommend the company to anyone seeking help from a solicitor.

When we arrived for our appointment, the receptionist was very welcoming and explained what paperwork was needed. The waiting room was bright, clean, and spacious, which is really helpful when you have mobility issues. The solicitor that we had the appointment with was very professional and made us feel at ease. Everything was explained to us in a way that we understood. This made the experience easier and not so daunting.I would definitely recommend it to family and friends .

We're great when dealing with my divorce; they didn't try to persuade me into aggressive actions against my wife, which led to an acremonious settlement. This helped us to stay friends, which makes life so much easier now.
