Uphill battle

Laurie stayed on top of what, to us, was a battle that went on far too long, successfully dragging the second buyers over the finish line

Auction Legal Pack

We were under incredible stress dealing with the Auction Sale of my parents property after a family bereavement. The process was explained to us clearly at each step and there were a couple of challenges with security and technology but Natasha was very patient and professional throughout.

HM Land Registry First Registration.

Excellent conveyancing work for a difficult, retrospective first registration with HM Land Registry. My solicitor (Laurie McAulay) was always very approachable, friendly, timely with her responses, efficient and thoroughly professional throughout. I particularly like having direct 'phone and e-mail contact which gives a more personable experience. I will definitely be using Josiah Hincks again when the need arises ... and particularly Laurie McAulay for any conveyancing requirements.

Absolutely appalling attitude towards there clients , don't forget people like us pay your wages , unprofessional manners, rude and disrespectful I would highly consider to go else where , they don't call you back when you ask for a call back , you keep phoning them , I can't understand people giving them a 5 star rating also over priced on their fees NEVER AGAIN

Very unprofessional 🤔
Looking at some of the reviews, I find it very hard to believe people are putting a five star ⭐️ down for this firm.
I recently contacted Leicester firm regarding making a trust and will combined spoke to the receptionist about this who said she would pass on the information, and I was to expect a call, and this is where it began. Two days later I received a call from an assistant solicitor who said, I understand you want to make a will, I said no, I told your receptionist I wanted to make a trust red🚩 went up already due to lack of communication.
The Assistant solicitor said We don’t do trusts in the Leicester office. I will contact my colleagues at the other one days later I received an email from the Leicester office asking me why I want to make a trust, I thought that was obvious to any lawyer, obviously not.

I then replied to the email, stop sending me emails and get me someone from the other office to call me directly instead of messing me about, i’ve got a reply saying okay, this was two weeks ago from the date of this review. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional from Solicitors bearing in mind this is over £2000 worth of work. They have just lost I don’t think I will even bother entertaining the idea of using such a unprofessional firm .
