Just want to say a massive thanks to Kris and the team at scullion law. Having been involved in a road traffic incident, I came home from work one day to find a citation to attend court. I remember specifically when I spoke to the police they told me "nothing will probably come of it"!!!! So I was so shocked when I get the court paperwork through. I had heard the adverts on the radio so I thought it would be worth while giving them a call to get some advice as to what to do, because I had never been to court in my life, and I had no idea what to expect. I'll be honest, I was terrified!!! From the moment I spoke to Kris I instantly felt at ease. He talked me through the different cost options, explained to me the court process, and told me what he thought he could do to help me. The one thing I remember him saying was "I cant promise I can make this go away, but I can promise I will do everything I can to make this better", and do you know what, in the end I feel he did! When we went to Glasgow Sherriff courts he met with me and told me just to wait in the court cafe rather than the public area with all the other people in court there. He sat with me, got me a tea, and talked me through what was going to happen. After that he went away and met with the procurator fiscal and when he returned, he told me that the PF has agreed to throw the case out!!!! I actually burst out crying knowing the matter was finished. The whole thing was so stressful, but I genuinely believe that I picked the right people for the job. I was apprehensive about contacting then initially, as I didnt know what to expect, but I am so glad I did. Thanks again Kris and the rest of the team. Couldn't recommend more. 6 stars!!!!
