Excellence

We recently consulted with Ailidh regarding the preparation of a will and the establishment of a power of attorney. From the very beginning, we were impressed by her professionalism and her extensive knowledge of family law. Although we initially had concerns about the process, Ailidh quickly alleviated them by attentively listening to our unique family and business circumstances before thoroughly discussing the available options. She addressed all our questions comprehensively, instilling confidence in us. As a result, we are now in the process of implementing the various components of our plan.

Ailidh put my mind at ease – she is polite, personable, patient, and 100% professional! Ailidh addressed all my questions and filled me with confidence. I was so impressed and had no hesitation in giving her the green light to proceed.

Will Service

Sarah was very knowledgeable throughout, explained issues clearly and concisely as lots of things are written in legal format and to a layperson it’s not always clear what they mean.
Being able to review the draft will at home, and share it with my executor, meant they were able to raise points that I hadn’t thought about and we could have our concerns answered before the signing..
Professional from start to finish.

Top Law Company

I am a professional , who was about to lose my driving licence. I contacted a few Traffic Defence companies, who could not garantee me a postive outcome. The Scullion law turned the things around in a span of a few days leading to my court case cancellation and me keeping my driving licence. I was so lucky to have Kris Bachanan as my Traffic Defence Lawer, who is a top notch lawer!

Excellent for 1st Time Buyer in UK

I've overseen legal affairs at several companies. It's vital to a legal project's success that well-informed teammates not only debate properly, but also at the end defer to the project leader's decision, which may be the client when that client is legally knowledgeable and effective. Gemma was good at this in my project of buying a property. I did extra steps to optimize my risk & cost. I appreciated that (when legally valid of course) Gemma followed my directions even when I departed from what may be done by most clients less inclined to optimize or firmly nudge the seller. Gemma was pleasant to work with. She was a good teammate. She guided me well on parts of Scots law, since my studies and court experience is in American law. I recommend Gemma with 5 stars.

Great support and service, no stress.

Scullion represented me on a Road Traffic issue. Everyone I spoke with was super helpful, supportive, and made me feel like I was in safe hands. Steph Grieves was perfect in her support, direct, clear, and kept me informed of all my options and potential outcomes. She worked on my behalf with my priorities at the front of her mind and secured the best outcome.

Professional to the core

I had the great pleasure of liaising with Ailidh Ballantyne regarding the charity I work for receiving a legacy from of one of her clients. From the first communication to the last, Ailidh was a joy to liaise with. Thank you so much for your professionalism, friendliness and above all, for taking the time to understand more about our charity and why your client wished to support us. It meant a lot.
