I was extremely apprehensive prior to the call due to my situation but Nicola was particularly friendly whilst professional which made for a decidedly productive session. She was able to put me at ease fairly quickly and guide me through what would be expected in the Scottish Courts and offer advice on what I should currently be doing in my situation. She took time to answer my questions extensively and didn’t leave the call until she had covered everything I had asked. She also left the door open for further advice in the future if it was required. I would Highly recommend her services to anyone.

Fantastic Service & Result
I had a road traffic incident along with another charge involving my ex partner. The case was on paper very simple and I was fearing the worst for my driving license and criminal record in general. This caused severe stress and depression on me.
I quickly contacted Scullion Law who then introduced me to Kristopher Buchanan who from the very start was in constant contact on my every question even when I was in a bad state of mind and full of worry he reassured me and kept me calm throughout the time period leading up to court.
I spoke with Kris many times and he advised me excellently even when I did not think some decisions were the best I put my trust in Kris and went with what he felt necessary to get me the best result possible. As I said, on paper this was a simple case to the courts but there was a much deeper reasonsing behind the charges which Kris fully took on board and worked with me to get the fullest picture possible. Kris is a result caring a good hearted man who has even answered my question and kept me reassured even outside of office hours. The day of court he arrived and immediately put me at ease and his performance was amazing and he secured me a great outcome which I am very pleased about. I have been able to keep my driving license and can now keep my employment as travelling to and from my workplace would have been near impossible without my car. I would use Kris again. He really does care about you as an individual and doesn't give up on you. I feel he went that extra mile that other lawyers may not have done. Thanks again.
