With a background in Family Law, Ailidh understands the complexities which can arise when advising clients on their estate and tax planning needs. She was promoted to Senior Associate Director in August 2023, and in July 2024, she was further promoted to Head of Department.

I found Ailidh to be both professional and friendly. She guided me through the process of dealing with my late cousin's estate in terms of applying to the court to be an executor , applying for confirmation and how the team could help me with that.
She was also able to answer any questions I had , including how much your services would likely cost.
Ailidh is very approachable and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with her again.

First telephone contact with Ailidh Ballantyne following a bereavement and subsequent discussion on obtaining confirmation with regards to my Mothers estate. Call received as agreed and Ailidh was both professional and compassionate, guided me through what would be the probable steps in the process and what to expect to be sent on to me by email. At this the most difficult of times I felt under no pressure and reassured how things would progress.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional company, you provided great assurance and comfort that they could deal with our matters of dealing with the estate of my partner who had passed away recently.
