She was promoted to Senior Associate Director in August 2023, and in July 2024, she was further promoted to Head of Department.

Estate and Property dealings following family bereavement

After a short illness and sudden passing I was left alone and sole surviving member of the family with the task of managing my mothers estate including property, no will and no legal position to conclude matters I turned to Scullion Law who from first contact supported and guided me through the slow and painful process as I grieved. The representatives of Scullion Law were professional and compassionate throughout the process. I felt supported and never under any stress or pressure during the process. Communications were as frequent as required and on the occasion of a face to face meeting relaxed but sympathetic to my situation. After some months all things concluded and found myself in a better place.

First telephone contact with Ailidh Ballantyne following a bereavement and subsequent discussion on obtaining confirmation with regards to my Mothers estate. Call received as agreed and Ailidh was both professional and compassionate, guided me through what would be the probable steps in the process and what to expect to be sent on to me by email. At this the most difficult of times I felt under no pressure and reassured how things would progress.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional company, you provided great assurance and comfort that they could deal with our matters of dealing with the estate of my partner who had passed away recently.
