    I worked with Gemma through the process of my flat purchase over about a two month period. She was excellent to work with. We had communication before my arrival back in Scotland and then an inperson meeting in the Hamilton office where she helped explain the whole home purchasing process. Since it was my first home purchase and also not knowing what the standard procedure was in Scotland, she took the time and had the patience to answer all of the questions I had. She also explained the AML process clearly and then on the day missives concluded, she was regularly available for the barrage of questions I had again. My experience was great with her and that is why I have decided to do my Will through Scullion as well. Also, need to give a shout out to Stacey who was excellent as well in all of my interactions I had with her.

    Gemma was my conveyancing solicitor for a flat in Glasgow. She has been very supportive from the start and has taken the time to explain things to me over email and over the phone. Communication was clear and I felt confident the property I was purchasing did not have any hidden issues. Gemma negotiated part of the proposed factor works to be covered by the seller although they were not instructed at time I was moving in which I am very grateful for.
