We have had a very positive experience with the service provided. Gemma was extremely helpful, approachable, and cooperative throughout the process. Communication was great, with timely responses to emails and support whenever needed. There were a few occasions where we needed to catch up on certain points or provide further information, but this was never an issue for Gemma. She was always understanding, patient, and helpful in getting everything organised and progressed for us. Worked with Conor and Gemma. Absolutely fantastic, even though there were a number of issues caused by the solicitors further up the chain. They handled them well, and kept to painfully tight timing with a complicated buy/sell.
