Initially, I was passed to Gillian Brown who worked very hard to guide me through the bidding process. She was energised, committed and patient as I negotiated this tricky part of the bidding process. Gillian provided a great service and was always quick to get back to me and always ready to assist me with any queries. This led to a successful bid which I was naturally delighted about. I was then passed to Conor to handle the purchase. From the first moment to the last, Conor was the perfect person to undertake the role of being my solicitor for buying my first place as a First Time Buyer. I wasn’t sure how it all worked, was anxious about the process and Conor took the time to explain the timeline, explain the legal details to me, and guide me through the whole process. It went smoothly and Conor took the time to answer any query I had, no matter how small. He was well ahead of the buying deadlines and worked well with the estate agent and other solicitor of the seller.
