Professional and helpful.
First time buying a house, and Scullion Law could not have been more professional. Everything was concluded to a very swift completion date and all aspects were handled with hardly any input needed from myself.

House Move
As first time buyers we were very nervous about the process. Scullion law, from the outset were simply superb from start to finish. Highly Recommend
We would highly recommend Scullion Law - from the first call, the service and communication was fantastic. Professional and helpful
I recently bought a first property with Scullion Law acting as my solicitor. Overall, the process was surprisingly painless, a lot of documents sent back and forth but fairly low stress. There were a couple of minor unexpected additional expenses, but they were outlined clearly in the initial scope of work.
Aside from some brief hiccoughs with the phone lines, contact was friendly & easy.

Navigated a tricky sale
After Farrah took over my conveyancing case things started to move. It was a difficult case as sale was as a result of divorce settlement and the buyer's surveyor required some remedial work prior to completion which took a number of months to conclude.
Once all that sorted and buyer's revised mortgage offer in place, things moved rapidly to conclude a protracted sale which was entirely down to the other party and the buyer's mortgage requirements.
Farrah was clear in communication, gave advice on how to ensure I was able to recover half share of the remedial work costs and was proactive in guiding me on required documentation to ensure timely completion. The breakdown of costs and apportionment of sale proceeds were executed in a clear and timely manner too.
Overall, whilst the sale completion was lengthy, further delays were avoided by the proactive and timely actions by Farrah, performed in a professional but friendly and understanding way.

Excellent Firm
I highly recommend Scullion Law! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our conveyancer Farrah could not have done more! As we were were first time buyers, Farrah explained the process to us so we were informed of every step and was very prompt in replying to our many emails.
