White Knuckle Ride
Our first house purchase fell through when, two weeks before completion, it came to light that internal walls in the basement had been removed to create a lovely large bedroom but with no planning permission or builders certification. We lost confidence in both the seller, and that the property was worth what we had offered for it. Rather than lose the sale of our existing home, we broke the chain, thus becoming homeless for, as it turned out, five weeks. The second attempted purchase came about when a bid, previously rejected, was (to our surprise) accepted, that property still being available six months on. This proceeded well until it turned out that the owner had allowed a neighbouring property to fence off a small square on ‘our’ land. We were not bothered by this, but the complication had to be run past our building society to check they were happy with the arrangement. This was somewhat stress inducing but our solicitor, (CG) pulled out all the stops to get it over the line as quickly as possible for which I will be eternally grateful.

Conor Greenan
Mr. Greenan was our solicitor for purchase of our first property. From the beginning he was was clear on what we needed to progress the proceedings and went above and beyond to ensure we had the keys on the predicted completion date - only 7 weeks from viewing the property!
Mr. Greenan was also able to forward our details regarding further legal services we required from scullion.
Mr. Greenan would certainly make us use scullion law in the future.

Best property law team!
We have just used the Scullion Law property law team to move home for a second time and I would choose them time and time again. Their service is first class, so efficient, communicative, friendly and professional.
Farrah acted as our solicitor for a second time and as expected she was so supportive, knowledgeable, responsive to our questions and provided very clear and timely updates throughout the process. Our house move went on longer than anticipated which was out with our control, which meant Farrah had to handover our file when on annual leave to her colleague Conor, and it was an absolutely seamless transition. You could tell that they work well as a team and did a thorough handover. Conor completed the process for us and he was just as professional, friendly, efficient, and responsive. Home Sale
We worked alongside Conor who facilitated the purchase of our home, Our experience with Conor was second to none. He was always quick to respond and guided us through the dubious process given this was our first home purchase. Conor was always professional, courteous and managed difficulties with the sellers solicitor well whilst always keeping us informed. Conor was thorough in his investigations and carried out due diligence where necessary. We would not hesitate to use Scullion Law again, specifically Conor as he was fantastic.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Conor for the transfer of deeds etc, he has been very attentive with regards to this keeping me informed of any developments as they have happened, and on meeting him while signing the deeds he was very welcoming and personable. Any questions i had he answered and on the occasions he did not know the answer he would speak to someone that could help and get back to me. Very efficient service
The process, and actions I needed to take were explained very clearly. Once I had done everything required, the work was completed without very much back and forth. I would use this firm again, however, the only reason it's not 5 stars is the follow up for reviews. Feedback was provided via email, and that should suffice.
