House sale
Coner has completed house sale of a late parent. Conors knowledge and patience was amazing, he took time on several occasions when i was unsure about the procedure to expain it more. Conor is so approachable and professional, he made getting to the end of the sale so easy for me. Excellent customer care.

Remortgage made easy
I had a slightly less than straightforward remortgage and had been let down badly by other solicitors. Conor and the team made it straightforward, kept me advised of updates and got the documents to me quickly. They took a lot of stress out of the process.

Professional and helpful
I recently bought a first property with Scullion Law acting as my solicitor. Overall, the process was surprisingly painless, a lot of documents sent back and forth but fairly low stress. There were a couple of minor unexpected additional expenses, but they were outlined clearly in the initial scope of work.
Aside from some brief hiccoughs with the phone lines, contact was friendly & easy.

Excellent Service - Would Highly recommend,
Usually when dealing with Solicitors people are usually in a position where they may be unsure, nervous and possibly stressed. Therefore empathy, friendliness and the ability to listen are all characteristics the help make that situation easier.
I recently had need to use Scullion Law and must say that I found their service encompassed all of the above, and were professional to the extreme. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
I need to particularly mention Conor Greenan who was our contact. Conor was always professional, contactable, friendly and informative. He also listened when I needed to talk. He managed and dealt with our needs and legal requirements quickly and effectively, whilst never losing a "human touch". It made the process less stressful than it could have been and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I am sure he is an asset to the practice and I wish him all the best for his future career.

Remortgage application
Conor was a pleasure to deal with, I am not from a legal background and Conor explained everything in clear and concise manner. Conor was professional and kept me updated and if Conor was unavailable there was always someone I could contact who gladly helped me. Extremely smooth and professional service
I used Scullion law to sell a property and from start to finish had a fantastic, friendly and efficient experience. Even over the festive period the communication was excellent and timing was exactly as planned.
Conor Greenan was the solicitor assisting me and I felt that nothing was too much trouble, he was constantly communicating with me to let me know what was happening and everything happened as and when it was supposed to with not even the smallest hiccup and I felt so reassured and relaxed throughout the process which is a huge difference compared to other lawyers I have used previously.
Conor is a real asset to the firm and I do have plans to sell further properties in the future and if there was a chance to use his services again I would jump at it.
The whole set up of the firm is excellent as even when Conor was on annual leave, I had a query and I was quickly referred to another member of the team who clearly had taken the time to really review my case and was able to answer me in depth and really speedily.
Everybody I have spoken to at this firm has been friendly and super-efficient and I am really impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal services.
