I had an extremely positive experience with Claire during my initial consultation. The process of gathering information, both in advance of and during the call, was handled extremely efficiently and meant our discussion was well focused and productive. I was understandably nervous on my introduction to the law world but was immediately put at ease by Claire. After some initial communication problems (probably due to my technophobua) Claire set about trying to understand what I required and was kind & understanding even when I had no answer to some of her questions posed! Explained the whole process to me & I came away with a sense of relief with having more understanding of what was ahead! Would thoroughly recommend!
