Took the pressure away
Having regrettably lost my temper for some moments, struggling with a difficult situation, I found myself arrested and charged by the police. This reaction and event certainly came out of the blue, being someone who is never in trouble, being arrested and placed in a cell, was a stressful, worrying and lonely time. To begin with I wasn't in the best state of mind to start speaking with lawyers, so my mother contacted Scullion Law and initially spoke with Megan. Megan was great straight from the off, simply asking for a short summary of the event, offering sympathy and support as a standard. The decision was made that Darren Fleming would be asked to present me in court. After the first meeting with Darren I felt a significant weight off my shoulders, he told me exactly what wouldn't happen and everything that could potentially happen, depending on evidence and statements, all in a clear concise way. Darren prepared me for the day at court, where fortunately all relevant paperwork was present. Darren then proceeded to defend me and present my case successfully, also being able to dismiss some other accusations of which were completely untrue, in addition to my defence. To sum up, Scullion as a whole took a lot of pressure and worry away while waiting for the court date, Darren individually was excellent as I genuinely felt supported, understood and protected in probably the most difficult time of my life, he could see that I was just a human that lost his temper that one time. Most importantly he prevented a very severe unjust restriction upon me concerning my kids, so thank you Darren, I'm very grateful.
