This review is intended solely for Charmaine, ScullionLaws customer care manager. After a communication from myself to ScullionLaw, Charmaine had reached out to me last night outside of office hours, unpaid and still done her very best to resolve my issue. Without going into detail Charmaine was aware of an ongoing problem, that if not resolved before 9am this morning, it would have been drastically worse. Charmaine, taking her job to a whole new level, ensured that this issue had a resolution before the night was finished, she was consistent, communicative and extremely helpful. The money I’ve paid for ScullionLaws services, Charmaine is a prime example of how their clients should be treated at all times. If there is an issue with ScullionLaw, rest assured - Charmaine will do all she can to help the matter as she did with me when she had no personal gain, no overtime rate, nothing. Can’t speak highly enough of the customer care she showed. This is beyond what is expected when using a reputable firm. Review *SOLELY* about Charmaine. Not the firm.

I got myself into a bit of a “pickle” for want of a better word and didn’t know what to do. I attended court not knowing what would happen and needless to say was a nervous wreck. Judith spoke to me and immediately put my nerves at ease. She advised me and explained the process, even getting me a seat to save me from standing. My case has not ended but I wanted to send this review as from the start of this process, anytime I have needed them from the lovely receptionist Yvonne, client care manager Charmaine and Jamielee they always helped to stop me worrying and gone out their way to help. Thank you again Judith for your help - it really does mean alot.

I instructed Scullions Law recently to represent me on drafting a will under the marie curie scheme, I found Emma Wright to be an excellent solicitor who was very knowledgable and very articulate. She was extremely polite and a pleasure to work with. She will make an excellent solicitor when she is no longer a trainee but a fully qualified solicitor!
