Kris is a Director and Head of the Criminal Court Department. Since joining the firm as a trainee in 2011, he has risen through the ranks and was made a Director in April 2018. He is our dedicated road traffic specialist and has conducted and managed over 1500 Road Traffic matters since 2012, ranging from serious cases of causing death by dangerous or careless driving to more standard road traffic matters, including technical cases such as speeding, drink driving, and other matters.

    I made a google search for traffic offence solicitors and scullion law came top of the ten best companies, I was put in contact with kris Buchanan. Kris made it clear from the onset that there was no guaranteeing a positive outcome but that he would do everything in his power to achieve a positive outcome. Communication was by phone ,e mail or in person at the office . Throughout the process he kept me up to date with progress being made. He presented all the information in the court in my defence.     Had a situation where I failed to provide a breath sample to the police. Came to scullion law and went for Kris Buchanan. He was absolutely brilliant and managed to find small details within my case and worked very hard which led to me keeping my license. This was done with very little defence and only one witness. He is very experienced and knew how to deal with the judge and explained exactly how the process would go in a clear manner and kept me very calm. I managed to get the best outcome for myself on the day. Would definitely recommend.
