I cannot recommend Kris Buchanan highly enough. From the very beginning, Kris was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout what was an extremely stressful and worrying situation for me. Before instructing Kris, I had spoken to another solicitor who warned me that, given the circumstances, I was likely to lose my driving licence. As my licence is extremely important to me and my livelihood, this understandably caused me a great deal of worry. Kris took the time to properly understand my case and reassured me from the outset. He clearly explained the situation, the possible outcomes and how he intended to deal with the matter. His confidence, knowledge and approach gave me a great deal of reassurance at a time when I genuinely needed it. The eventual outcome was far better than I had expected. Three of the charges against me were dropped, and following Kris's robust representation and mitigation on my behalf, the matter was concluded with a fine of just £110. Most importantly, I kept my driving licence. I was absolutely delighted with the result. Throughout the whole process, Kris's communication was excellent, and I always felt that my case was being taken seriously and that he was doing everything possible to achieve the best outcome for me. From the outset, I had 6 points on my licence; the mobile phone offence added a further 6 points, leading to a driving ban because the total reached 12. Because I need my licence for work, I naturally thought the worst. I hired Kris, who is their top lawyer. Calm , polite, reassuring , understanding and very much high end in his line of work, that was demonstrated today in court where he strategically reduced the 6 points to 3 ,saving my licence. I can't thank him enough ...................if you think there is nowhere or nothing you can do, please give these guys a call; you will be surprised by their knowledge and experience, and how different your scenario will be, trust me. Absolutely fantastic, and I would happily recommend them, especially Kris, to anyone. If you find yourself involved in a driving offence, no matter what, these are the guys to call .

An experienced and dedicated professional with a tremendous amount of legal knowledge and particularly legal process. He was very professional and proactive in my own case delivering his thoughts and course of action directly and in plain language but not forcibly or in an overbearing manner. He described the various options available to me and the likely consequences and was prepared to give his opinion on the best course of action. He actually went beyond the pale and out of his way in his guidance and was spectacularly effective in court achieving exactly what he set out to do while remaining calm, professional and concise.
