    Initial instruction for a will

    Aynsley was extremely efficient and clear in the initial arrangements we needed to make for our will. She was also very understanding when we needed to delay the process due to some difficult family circumstances. I spoke to her on the phone regarding this and her manner was professional, understanding and sympathetic. She was then also able to arrange an online meeting with a solicitor at extremely short notice - excellent customer service.

    Really positive experience

    We contacted Scullion for help making our wills. Aynsley was our first point of contact and she was really helpful. She was extremely clear lettting us know what we had to do, answered all of our questions promptly and helped guide us through the process really well. We were quite slow in replying to emails and organising the consultation and we really appreciated the reminders and Aynsley's flexibility in getting it all done. Thank you!

    Arranging new Will and Power of Attorney

    Aynsley has been very accommodating and helpful in arranging my meeting to finalise my new Will and POA. She gently nudged me for payment when there was a misunderstanding on my end that it had been paid, when it had not! She got the ball rolling within minutes of me asking Scullion to help me with my new Will and she was helpful and professional throughout. It will be a big weight off of my mind to have my new Will and POA in place, and I am grateful to Aynsley for helping me to start the process.

    Starting the process of drawing up a Power of Attorney

    The service received so far has been very professional, efficient and friendly. We have also found the service to be easy to use and up to date, allowing most of the information to be entered online and a video call has been offered as opposed to having to go to the office (which is not convenient for all). We are very happy with everything and cannot suggest any room for improvement. Thank you team!
