Joni and the Team handled our Sale and then, two months later, our Purchase. We can honestly say that in all of our many house moves, Joni and the Team provided by far the best service. We always felt that our best interests were being taken care of whilst being provided with very clear details including, actions taken, the risks to us, likely time scales and possible options. We were impressed with the prompt responses to our communications and regular updates. All of the Team were always very approachable, friendly and proactive. Called 3 times to speak to someone regarding buying a new/selling my house as I was recommended to use these through my house builder and had afew questions. Was told every time someone would call me back and they never did. Been 3 weeks now so using someone else.

Helped me get my first home and I cannot fault them. Always on hand to answer any questions and made me feel at ease. Firm with opposing solicitors but a friendly team!
